These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by MY AESTHETICS CLINICS (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking an appointment or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services: Refers to all aesthetic consultations, consultations, and related services provided by the Clinic.
Appointment/Booking: A scheduled session for a service provided by the Clinic.
Deposit: A booking deposit paid by the Client to secure an appointment, as described herein.
Client Information: Any personal, medical, or other data you provide to us.
The Clinic provides a range of aesthetic consultations and consultations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
All consultations are subject to clinical assessment and availability of resources.
Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked via our website, over the phone, or in person at the Clinic.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after the payment of the required deposit, and receipt of a confirmation message/email from the Clinic.
Client Obligations: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Any changes in your medical history or contact information must be communicated immediately to the Clinic.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Non-Refundable Deposit: All booking deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether you attend the appointment, cancel, or need to rebook.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made using the Clinic’s accepted methods (credit/debit card, online payment, etc.). Full payment for the services rendered will be due on the day of the appointment or as otherwise agreed.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid to secure appointments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued, regardless of dissatisfaction with results or personal preferences.
No Refunds for Completed Consultations: If a consultation has been completed, no refund will be offered under any circumstances.
Filler Review Appointments: If a top-up is required at a filler review appointment, an additional fee will apply. Top-ups are not included in the original consultation cost.
No Exceptions: There will be no exceptions to this refund policy.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least [insert number] hours/days prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to additional fees.

Accurate Information: You represent that all information provided during the booking process is true and accurate.
Health Disclosures: You agree to inform the Clinic of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or consultations that may affect the service provided.
Compliance: You agree to follow all pre- and post-consultation instructions provided by our staff.
Medical Advice: The information provided by our Clinic is not intended to substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
Risks: All aesthetic consultations carry inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all guidance provided by our clinicians.
Scope of Liability: The Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, except where prohibited by law.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Clinic from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
